Using Breath Work as an Energy Boost
In this video, we learn “breath of fire.” This is a great invigorating breath to turn to in the afternoon when you’re craving that chocolate or a coffee. It’s a natural and simple way to give yourself an energy boost.
I’ll show you two versions of this breath: one through the mouth and one through the nose. This breath is useful any time you’re feeling low or feeling an influx of negative emotions. It’s like using your breath to take “the trash out.”
Doing breath of fire for just a couple minutes can completely change the course of your day, so next time you find yourself lagging, give this one a try.
