Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 35
This week’s workout doesn’t actually take place in the living room. The weather was just too nice in Los Angeles! If you don’t have a place to run, this might not be the workout for you, so make sure to check the rest of the workouts in my library. (Or, if you’re stuck inside, you could try these same intervals on a treadmill, cycle, or rowing machine.)
The whole workout today will only take ten minutes and it’s very simple. It looks like this:
5 rounds:
- 30-second sprint
- 90-second walk/rest
P.S. Special thanks to my son, Dashel, for his camera work on this one. We taped a GoPro to his head and he rode his bike after me on each sprint. It was a little crazy, but if you watch, I think you’ll see we did okay!
As always, no matter what fitness level you are right now, this workout probably sounds pretty simple, but trust me — that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
