Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 41
This week’s workout will continue on the theme of the last two workouts — push-ups and squats. Today, we’ll do it a little differently, though, and perform these movements in Tabata intervals. (If you don’t know what those are, don’t worry; I’ll explain it in the video.)
This whole workout only lasts 8 minutes. Fun, right? But we’ll be adding intensity because of the format. Are you ready? I am! And all you have to do is hit “play” and follow along. I’ve got my timer ready!
As always, no matter what fitness level you are right now, this workout probably sounds pretty simple, but trust me — that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
