Whole Life Challenge Compliant Fudgesicles

Ingredients
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 soft medjool dates soak in water for 5-10 minutes if they aren’t soft
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or small food processor (this fit in the large cup of my NutriBullet).

Pour into molds and freeze. That’s it!
Recipe Notes
You can also serve this as ice cream! Just pour the mix into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Pop the cubes into a food processor and blend until you get a soft-serve consistency, but don’t over-mix.
