Get back to the basics for a total body workout that even improves your posture!

The Boredom Buster Workout

Complete 3 rounds of the following:

1. Push-ups – 10 reps

  • Keep your thighs tight.
  • Keep your shoulder blades pulled together.
  • Don’t let your hips sag.

2. Jumping Jacks – 25 reps

  • Keep your elbows straight.

3. Plank (on Hands) – Hold for 1 minute

  • Keep your thighs tight.
  • Keep your shoulder blades pulled together.
  • Don’t let your hips sag.

When to Do the Boredom Buster Workout

  • Keep this in your back pocket for when you’re traveling.
  • If you’re short on time for your normal gym workout.
  • Whenever you need a quick burst of energy.
  • For extra fat burning.
