Jill Miller Follow Along Mobility Practice: Week 7
This week’s lesson is called “No More Neck Forward.” You know what I’m talking about. So much of our day is spent sitting and great posture is not always what we’re focused on during our work day. This week, we’re going to focus on getting your neck moving right and back into proper alignment, which will result in you feeling better all over — inside and out.

- Coregeous Ball or kid’s soft rubber inflated ball or small pillow
