Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 14
Today we’re in the garage, but you can do this workout anywhere you have a patch of floor space. You only need a space about the size of a yoga mat and you don’t need any equipment.
The movements in this workout are more complex than in some of my previous workouts, so be sure to watch the video. I explain each movement in detail and also give tips on how to modify to your fitness and ability level. When doing this workout, we want to work hard, but we also want to prioritize good and safe form.
4 rounds:
- 30 seconds of bear twist kicks
- 30 seconds of windshield wipers
- 30 seconds of down dog one-leg squats
- 30 seconds of straight-leg pulse-ups
- 30 seconds of rest
