Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 17
Today’s workout has a bit of a funny name. I call it “Ab-a-licious Plus.” It’s ab-a-licious because we’re going to do a lot of old school sit-ups. And it’s plus because after that we’re going to flip over and work on some of our back muscles.
The workout goes like this:
- 15 seconds sit-ups
- 15 seconds rest
- 30 seconds sit-ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds sit-ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 1 minute sit-ups
- 1 minute rest
- 30 seconds sit-ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 30 seconds sit-ups
- 30 seconds rest
- 15 seconds sit-ups
- 45 seconds rest
- Cobra hold: accumulate as many seconds as possible in a three-minute window
