Each week, I’ll share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your ten daily minutes of exercise.
Living Room Workout 2
Today’s workout is a little different from what you might be used to in that it’s almost completely comprised of static holds. I’ll explain more of what that means in the video.
All you need to do this workout with me is your body, a little bit of space to move around, and a great attitude. I’ve got a timer set and I’ll remind you of each exercise, so just follow me.
5 rounds:
- 30 second side plank hold (weak side)
- 30-second side plank hold (strong side)
- 30-second plank hold
- 30-second duck walk
- 30-second rest
These exercises can be adjusted to all fitness levels and body types, and I’ll give some quick tips on how. But remember, part of what we’re learning and practicing in the Whole Life Challenge is personal responsibility. So, listen to your body and back off if you need to.
