Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 28
This week’s workout is built around planks. In fact, all but one of the movements involves a plank. The format will be 15 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. We’ll do that interval twice for each movement.
The movements are:
- Plank tilts
- Cobra butterfly
- Plank-ups
- Plank twists
- Plank knee-pull crosses
- Plank push-up knee-pull complex
Watch the video, and do your best to follow along at your fitness and ability level. And, no matter what level you are right now, this workout probably sounds pretty simple, but trust me — that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
