Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 29
This week’s workout is called a “Tabata mash-up.” That simply means we’re going to work for twenty seconds at a time, and we’re going to alternate between two movements. We’re going to do this a total of eight times for a grand total of eight minutes.
The two movements we’re going to do are lunges and push-ups. I have a partner in this workout, so you’ll see us each doing a different version of the movements (which should give you some ideas for scaling to your own level).
8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of lunges
- 10 seconds of rest
- 20 seconds of push-ups
- 10 seconds of rest
