Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 33
This week’s workout is about 11 minutes. It’s short, sweet, and packs a punch.
For this workout, we’ll repeat a pattern of 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. We’ll do this four times for each movement, then be done with it forever (well, at least for today) and move on to the next exercise. We’ll also take a one-minute break between the exercises. So, the workout ends up looking like this:
4 rounds of :30 work, :15 rest
- Rocky twists
- 1-minute rest
- Seal wiggles
- 1-minute rest
- Peel-ups
I know those exercises have crazy names, but don’t worry, I explain it all in the video (plus how to scale it to your level). So, just hit play and we’ll do this together!
And, no matter what level you are right now, this workout probably sounds pretty simple, but trust me — that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
