Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 42
For this week’s workout, I trained in my work clothes and did this routine in my office. Honestly, I wasn’t that excited about working out, but I am committed to my health and what I said I was going to do — which is exercise for ten minutes each day. I’m not about to let any excuse get in the way of that. I mean, it’s ten minutes — we can find ten minutes in our day!
This workout involves five exercises that we’ll do for one minute, then take a one-minute rest:
- Push-ups
- Squats
- Flutterkicks
- Bridge-ups
- Down-up dogs
During the minute “on,” we’ll go as hard as we can (and you can count your reps if you want to). But, remember, “hard” is relative for each of us, so do what is appropriate for you!
