Welcome to my living room workout series! Each week, I share a workout from my personal exercise routine — and then do it in real time so you can follow along. These workouts are optional and are simply one of the many ways you can accomplish your daily exercise.
Living Room Workout 44
In this week’s workout, it’s possible for you to do 150 push-ups and 250 sit-ups. In just ten minutes. Sound crazy? Well, it’s true.
We’re going to do 10 rounds of 1 minute. At the start of each round, you will do 8-15 push-ups. You get to pick the actual number. I’m aiming for 15, but I’ve been regularly exercising for…well, decades. For the remainder of the minute, after you complete your push-ups, you’ll fill the time with sit-ups.
This workout is meant to be do-able for anybody. So do the version of push-ups and sit-ups that works for you. Do wall push-ups and crunches. Or do one-handed push-ups and V-ups. It’s your call.
