Everyone I serve this avocado chocolate pudding to simply goes nuts. It is one of the easiest and most delicious treats to make and offers up healthy fats, antioxidants, and much more. This dish works for a treat at any time of day, and everyone seems to enjoy it — because we are talking chocolate pudding here.
The best part about this avocado chocolate pudding is that you can modify it in so many ways. You can pick different nut butters, whether you want that nut butter chunky or smooth, and which sweetener you might like. Add fresh fruit if you want and make yourself really feel like a guest of honor in your own kitchen.
This pudding is fun to serve to visitors and often I just portion all the ingredients into bowls and let my guests mix it themselves. Some like it smooth and others (like me) prefer it a little lumpy. Doing it this way has everyone involved in the dish, making it fun for the entire group.
