Welcome to our six-part breathing technique series. Each of these videos is only two to three minutes in length. In each, we share a simple, but powerful breathing exercise. By bringing an awareness to your breathing, you can take charge of your body, energy, and life.

Using Breath Work to Boost Your Glow

For our third breath, we’re going to practice a breathing technique that will bring you radiance and beauty. It’s a great one to do before you go out for the evening to develop your confidence and magnetism. That’s why I say this one is “breath of beauty” or a technique to boost your glow.

You will be inhaling and exhaling through your nose while pulling your navel in toward your spine. Don’t worry if that sounds complicated, I will demonstrate and you can do it right along with me.
