It’s no doubt the mimosa is many people’s favorite — and an excellent choice for any summer parties you are hosting. It’s an especially nice drink to have during a daytime event, as it is light and fresh. This recipe is written in “batched” format so you can save time prepping drinks for all your guests.
I’ve swapped the sparkling wine for rose in my version, opting to top it with some flavored sparkling water to brighten it up. And if you ask me, throwing mixed berries into anything is always a good idea.

Note: We are not saying that alcohol is “healthy” to consume. (More on that here.) We are acknowledging that there are times we inevitably make the choice to imbibe (and we include ourselves in that “we”), and that there are better and worse ways to go about drinking alcohol when it comes to our health. Our goal is to empower you with lower-sugar, lower-calorie, still-fabulous recipes for these times.
