One thing I am often asked by clients is what they can add to their coffee in place of highly processed coffee creamers or traditional dairy products. Most people are unwilling to quit coffee altogether, but you may want to give up the commercial creamers and find a healthier and more natural coffee creamer alternative.
If substituting with a non-dairy milk is not appealing to you, then I suggest you try making your own natural coffee creamer. I make mine from cashew nuts and organic vanilla extract, and I love it. It’s creamy and although not sweet, the vanilla gives it a really nice hint of flavor. It’s super easy to make and you can play around with flavors by trying different organic extracts. Give it a try and you may be surprised by how well it works.

Recipe Notes
If you’re the only consumer, you can half the recipe. The servings of "10" on this recipe is totally dependent on how much "cream" you use, so make a batch and see how it goes.
