OK, it’s time to put it all together! Only got 10 minutes? That’s all you need! 

Let’s take the movements you’ve learned this week and put them together into a quick and powerful full body, strength, balance, and stability building workout. Any stage of the progression for each movement will work.

This quick, beginner-friendly workout is designed to get you moving, boost your energy, and build functional strength—no gym, no equipment, no stress.

In just 10 minutes, you’ll go through:

  • 🦵 Lunges – with beginner modifications to improve balance and build lower body strength
  • 🤸‍♀️ Handstand modifications – beginner-friendly progressions to get you comfortable being upside down
  • 💪 Dumbbell Pull-Throughs – core-focused movement to challenge stability and control (with or without a dumbbell!)

This workout is: Perfect for small spaces, beginner-approved, low pressure, and high reward!

Whether you’re easing back into movement or just want a simple way to stay consistent, this routine will help you feel strong, capable, and accomplished in just 10 minutes.
