Ingredients
- 1 15oz can of pumpkin puree or 1 half of a cooked pumpkin pureed
- 1 15oz can chickpeas rinsed and strained
- 2-3 cloves of garlic roughly chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sea or Celtic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of cumin
- Pinch of garam masala

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (You can leave it a bit chunky if you prefer that texture.)
