The Boredom Buster Workout
Complete 3 rounds of the following:
1. Push-ups – 10 reps
- Keep your thighs tight.
- Keep your shoulder blades pulled together.
- Don’t let your hips sag.
2. Jumping Jacks – 25 reps
- Keep your elbows straight.
3. Plank (on Hands) – Hold for 1 minute
- Keep your thighs tight.
- Keep your shoulder blades pulled together.
- Don’t let your hips sag.
